State seeking death penalty

Looks like the state is seeking the death penalty against Casey Anthony. Fair?

    Although some people deserve to be wiped off the face of the earth, I still have a hard time with the death penalty, simply because it carries with it the risk of killing someone who is not guilty. I figure, that even though that risk my be small, we shouldnt take it. Let the murderer be kept in a cell without windows, with no priveleges, and no time out except for a shower once in a while.

    I believe strongly in the death penalty, and if she killed her own daughter then she should be charged with murder for sure and get the death penalty. I hate how people who kill get off by being in sain, well that poor child never had a chance.

      Thanks and I agree. The death penalty is harsh but sometimes deserved.
