Skeletal remains found near home by utility worker near the Anthony home in Orlando home. The utility worker found a bag and as he picked up the bag a skull fell out. He called police. This bag was found about a half mile from the Anthony home. Casey Anthony is headed to court today for pre-trial hearings.
Police are not saying much and are proceeding extremely carefully and methodically on this discovery today. They have not as of this minute bothered the scene. They are waiting on forensic units and the FBI.

- Casey Anthonys lawyer got her trial pushed to March 2009.
- George and Cindy Anthony are headed back to Florida from California and have been informed of his discovery.
- Lee Anthonys girlfriend arrived at George and Cindy Anthonys home but was removed after about 5 minutes by Detective Allen.
- Looks like the house is locked down by Sheriffs deputies. Police car is blocking the drive way. Possible that detectives are awaiting another search warrant….?
- FBI, CSI on the scene. Tent over the scene where the skeletal remains have been found.
- There will be a rush in DNA testing.
- Cindy and George scheduled to arrive at 4:00pm
- Remains were found approx 60 feet from the sidewalk.
- Crime Scene is at Suburban and Chickasaw Trl.
- Area where remains were found was underwater at one point which is why nothing may have been found during search grids above ground.
- Worker who found this was a county worker.
- Duct tape found near the remains
