Not sure what’s going on here, but Scott Stapp doesn’t look too upset after being arrested at his home in Boca Raton, Florida yesterday for suspicion of domestic assault with intent to commit a felony. The alleged victim has not been identified. “No one was injured and no one was taken to the hospital” said Paul Miller, a Sheriff’s Office spokesman. Miller declined to identify the victim and said he had no information about any physical violence. “We don’t know exactly what occurred here,” said Miller. Scott was married a little over a year ago to Jaclyn Nesheiwat. She she told The Palm Beach Post.“It’s just a rough time.” Stapp was formerly with the band Creed.
