The rapist and killer of Tiffany Souers was sentenced to death today in Pickens County, SC. Circuit Judge Ned Miller told Jerry Buck Inman he is to die by either the electric chair or lethal injection for killing Souers in May 2006. Inman is a serial rapist and went on and on about his reasonings on why he should receive the death penalty. I only have 1 question… How soon can he walk that green mile? The faster the better and cheaper for the tax payers.
