On December 19th, 2009, Eka Tsutskhvashvili and her 8yr-old daughter Nino Jincharadze were killed when flying concrete from a Georgian War Memorial demolition struck into the crowd and killed them. Avtandil Darsanvelidze; a georgian official and director of the company that performed the demolition work, was arrested and is to be held for 2 months according to officials.
