Crystal Valdez and Cesar Ruiz – two scummy people and unfortunately the mother and her boyfriend have been charged for the murder of 4-yr old Christopher Valdez. The boy was killed at the family home. His body was found by his grandparents who had come to the home bearing gifts and a birthday cake for his fourth birthday.
Police said that they arrived at the home around 2:10 last Friday and found the boy dead. He appeared to have died from multiple blunt force trauma. Christopher was officially pronounced dead at Holy Cross Hospital in Cook County. An autopsy on Saturday confirmed his death was due to multiple blunt force injuries and child abuse. His death was ruled a homicide.
Cesar Ruiz 34-yrs, the moms boyfriend was charged with one count of first degree murder and concealment of a homicide. The boy’s mother Crystal Valdez was charged with concealment of a homicide and child endangerment resulting in a death.
