Why do the "powers that be" refuse to even consider it??? I just read that in LA they let a piece of shit OFF death row because the supreme court says it is unconstitutional. What is unconstitutional is letting these pigs rape and sometimes murder our children. I agree with Tom....he deserves to be raped as well.
