A cadaver dog has been flown to Aruba to aid authorities in locating the body of missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway. According to reports the officer who accompanied the dog told an airline employee that they were going to retrieve what was believed to be Holloways remains.
“They think they’ve found where Natalee Holloway’s remains are, and they’re taking the dog down there to confirm that,” the flight attendant told the paper. “They’re not telling anybody because Aruba’s trying to keep this quiet.”
In January, Aruban prosecutors said their investigation into the disappearance of Holloway was nearing the end and appealed for anyone with information to come forward. Prosecutors are approaching the end of the lengthy botched investigation.
