Aaron Hart allegedly sexually assaulted in jail

Aaron Hart who has been the subject of intense media debate due to his sexual assault related convictions and having an extremely low IQ is now the alleged victim of a sexual assault in the Lamar County jail where he has been held during his arrest, trial, and conviction. Mr. Hart informed jailers he had been assaulted by two men but only after a fellow inmate informed sheriff’s deputies about the assault two weeks after it allegedly happened. This incident has been reported widely in news reports  and it appears that Lamar County officials are doing something about it. The Paris News is reporting that the two suspects have been isolated until they can be transferred to prison. (Wish we knew who they were)

Mr. Hart has been sentencted to 100yrs in prison after his multiple convictions of sexual assault on a child. His plea for a new trial was rejected by District Court Judge Eric Clifford.  His case has been talked about in many newspapers and blogs across the nation.

    No alternatives? What?
    Did these people ever hear of, HOUSE ARREST? What about around the clock, parental supervision? Are they, NUTS? 100 years in PRISON! Forget cruel and usual, to me this sentence is BARBARIC and SADISTIC. Who in ____ is benefiting here? How is this a just punishment? It is noted that the court-appointed expert had determined that Hart was legally competent, really. Who’s side is he on? Exactly, the prosecutors? Lawyers and psychologists know who’s footing the bill! Who did this child have, a court appointed Attorney, who would have thought? And Hart took a plea? How interesting, that’s American Justice for ya! Can anyone in this WORLD comprehend this boy’s sentence? Somebody please save Aaron from these demented demons and allow Aaron Hart and the 6 year old to get the necessary treatment, an understanding, a lesson learned and a future of peace, happiness and friendship.
    The Whole World watches what goes on in this country, I’m ashamed, embarrassed and absolutely disgusted of our reputation as being the Prison Nation! How the hell are we to expect or insist other Country’s follow this Nations ways and laws. Shame on US!

    In Texas, Another boy, 17 is serving 40 years for consensual sex with his 14 year old peers. Am I the only one getting the picture that something is wrong? I wonder if this the same judge? I would like to know if it’s just this judge or is there another judge who’s crazy?
